The usual Matrix session takes approximately 30 to 45 minutes, sometimes less - some have had balance restored in as little as 5 or 10 minutes. You will feel a sense of peace and groundedness which will aid in your nightly sleep patterns. It can be done long distance or in person. It keeps on working long after the session is complete. It has an unwrapping effect in that problems seem to slowly dissolve over time and wash away.
